The project involves the renovation and expansion of a classic house from the 1890s, featuring Mallorcan modernist style. The central focus of this project is the use of materials sourced from the surrounding environment, transforming it into an eco-friendly luxury home.

The house will have three levels, with a pool in the backyard, an outdoor kitchen for barbecues, a bar, and a massage area.

One of the standout features of this property is the sculptural vertical axis, which will be the staircase, surrounded by spacious lounges and public areas, connecting to the basement where there will be a large wine cellar. The staircase continues to the next two levels, where all the bedrooms are located.

The house will consist of 5 double bedrooms, plus a service room, with the master suite situated on the top level offering stunning views.
