This project consists of the remodeling and expansion of a luxurious beachfront villa in Punta Cana.

The current residence spans over 2,000 square meters and features contemporary architecture and modern style. It boasts large windows that seamlessly blend the exterior with the interior.

Noble and local materials are used, in calm tones, along with designer furniture.

The villa has an interior garden and spacious galleries that surround it. In addition, there are salons with immense openings that integrate the public living spaces.

The residence features an infinity pool, gym, massage area, outdoor kitchen, terraces, and chill-out areas in the gardens with ocean views. There are 7 double bedrooms with their respective bathrooms and dressing rooms, as well as a master suite with access to a private garden. The house has a bar and a work area.

This villa also includes a spacious service area with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and an ironing area.
